Convenient property, has nice and courteous staff at the reception desk. Reasonably spacious and warm enough rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Gorgeous view to the roof top. Great location in Invercargill, near to centre of Invercargill, very close to shops, and main shopping area. Also, to via airport shuttle.

The rooms and facilities were commodious,clean and well provided.
If you do not have an N.Z. ISP the internet connections are a nightmare and because I was on a business trip I would not stay there again

Lots of great food. Nice modern rooms with big comfortable bed, great facilities plus all necessary equipment, had a fairly nice stay for a business trip. Location not far from the local restaurants.

Great value compared to other hotels in Invercargill. Enjoyable stay for 3 nights with incredibly helpful staff at the reception desk. Beautifully presented and well-appointed room with a private bathroom.

average apartments, reasonably clean and liked the fact there was a laundry in the rooms. Curtains kept the light out well.
As per all the reports on line the internet still is not working and should not be advertised on line and in the lift! Only one sachet of ground coffee in room for a two day stay and it must be an Invercargill thing - no servicing of room on Sunday!

Usual functional room but still a hotel room. Invercargill didnt seem to have a lot of great accommodation near the city and this location was right in the middle. Parking was easy and although uncovered, seemed to be safe enough.

Nice room. Quiet. Very nice person at reception. Overall very comfortable.
The curtain in one of the windows didn't go all the way down, letting light from the street in. The bed covers don't reach high enough, with the result that a tall person feels that the covers don't cover more than a third of the body. The shower needs a thorough cleaning in the corners.
